Terms of Service
Using Jingle Doors
Jingle Doors lets you make a digital advent calendar and share it with a private link. To make a calendar you must be at least 18 and sign in. People you send a calendar to can open it without an account.
Your content
You own what you put in your calendars: your messages, notes and photos. You give us permission to store it and show it to anyone who has your calendar's link, only so we can run the service. You're responsible for your content and for having the right to share it, including photos of other people.
Gifts from other stores
Gift cards and gift links come from other businesses. We don't sell them and aren't responsible for them, including whether a code works, a store's terms, delivery or refunds. We keep the codes and links you add sealed until their date and then show them to whoever opens that door.
What's not allowed
- Anything illegal, threatening, harassing or hateful.
- Sexual content of any kind involving minors, or sexual content in a calendar for a child.
- Content that infringes someone else's rights.
- Spam, scams, phishing links or malware.
- Trying to break into, overload or get around the protections of the service.
Anyone can report a calendar. We may review reported calendars, hide or remove content, and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Plans and payments
- Free calendars cost nothing. Plus, Premium and the Friends & Family add-on are one-time payments for a single calendar, not subscriptions. Friends & Family lets you send that calendar to up to 6 people. The price is shown before you pay.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Upgrading from Plus to Premium costs the difference.
- Refunds: email us at hello@jingledoors.christmas within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.
Availability
We work hard to keep Jingle Doors running, especially in December, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or improve features over time.
Disclaimers and limits
Jingle Doors is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the calendar involved.
Ending use
You can delete your calendars at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date above and let givers know by email.
